<p>The Dune Grass Villa at Mears State Park is nestled against the slopes of Pentwater's famous sand dune "Old Baldy".</p>



<p>The villa sleeps up to eight people, has a modern kitchen, two bathrooms with a shower and a shower/tub combination and a family room with television, DVD player games and a collection of books. Outside, guests will find a picnic table, lawn chairs, grills and a fire circle. A short walk from the villa is a beautiful Lake Michigan beach along with hiking trails and fishing opportunities. </p>



<p>The kitchen contains a stove, microwave , toaster, refrigerator, pots, pans and dinnerware. Linens (bedding and towels) are provided, as well as a washer and dryer. Daily maid service is not provided and guests are expected to clean and leave the building ready for the next guests (including washing linens). </p>



<p>The cabin has two sets of bunk beds, one full-sized and one queen-sized bed. </p>



<p>Smoking and pets are prohibited according to state law. Only service animals allowed.</p>
