<p>The Brighton Recreation Area Equestrian campground includes 17 campsites that sits amongst a hardwood forest. Each site includes picket posts, a fire ring and a picnic table. There are vault toilets, manure pits and an electric water supply available nearby.</p>

<p>The campground is reserved for equestrian use only. Two-wheeled vehicles are not allowed in the campground.</p>

<p>The campground connects to the 21-mile <a href="https://www2.dnr.state.mi.us/parksandtrails/Details.aspx?id=112&type=SPTR">Brighton Equestrian Trail</a>.</p>

<p>The trails and staging area are maintained with the help of the <a href="http://brightontrailriders.net/" target="_blank">Brighton Trail Riders Association</a>. Follow them on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/brightontrailriders/" target="_blank">Facebook</a>.</p>
